Marvelous Mindful Meditation with Briana Beveridge

Dear Patient/Client,
You have probably heard me say, “You can't get your health straight until you get your mind straight” and the most effective and lasting way to get your mind straight is to practice Mindfulness and Meditation.
Since I am passionate about this and want you to know the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation, I have teamed up with Briana Beveridge, a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor. Briana has over 20 years of experience teaching Meditation and I have had a meditation session with Briana myself and she is wonderful!
I have asked Briana to give a talk here at the office Tuesday night October 25th, 2016 on The Benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation.
Tuesdays November 1st, 8th 15th and 22nd Briana will be giving a 4-week Mindful Meditation *series right here in my office. Classes size is limited so register early.
